Holy cow. It's been quite the long time since update this lovely space on the internets. This year has been incredibly busy for us! With Craig at Westminster and me at University of Utah, we barely have time to upload our pictures let alone put them on our family's blog. Here I am finally having a minute to breathe, so I decided to do a little catch up.
We kicked off the year with some sledding while Craig still had work off. Noah was very nervous about it, but soon he discovered just how fun it is, at least when you stick to the little hills.
We gave Noah a disposable camera as a Christmas gift, and he loved taking pictures. We haven't taken it to get the film developed yet, but I'm sure there are plenty of pictures of Lily and the floor.
My uncle Neil is an engineer for the Union Pacific railroad. He gave Noah a hat for Christmas, and Noah would wear it every time he played with his trains throughout January. He LOVES it.
Our big gift from Craig's parents this last Christmas was a new Canon camera. We have loved using it to capture our family's adventures. We tested out the timer feature with this picture.
Noah really did not want to put away his little Christmas tree, so I decided we could decorate it together for each major holiday this year. Thankfully, grandma Nancy has lots of fun stuff in her craft room. This is our Valentine's Day tree.
A big adjustment this new year has been with Noah going into Primary. He is such a handsome little Sunbeam! Unfortunately, he is the only Sunbeam in our ward, so he has been going to class with the older kids. He is finally being okay with Primary now that it's June. Haha
Noah's imagination tripled after Christmas. I love hearing his conversations between a loader and a backhoe.
It didn't snow very often this last winter, but when it did, it DUMPED. We were sure glad Noah's winter gear stretched out one more winter. He really could stay outside for hours, regardless of the weather conditions.
We discovered our new favorite date night activity. (We being Noah and Jeanette.) SCHEELS. There is so much to see and do, and unless we are going to get something, it's free! The ferris wheel is only $1, but we don't do that every time we go.
We love being able to hang out with our friends! We took Ethan for a little lunch date to play in the slides at Chick-Fil-A.
I officially became a student at the University of Utah in January. Craig also started up at Westminster. It's been so great for us both! We see the light at the end of this school tunnel, and it's giving us both hope and patience.
We love our Seahawks! We were so excited they made the West Coast finals and WON! Wahoo! We wore our Navy and Lime to church.
We are part of the 12th man!
