After my heart procedure, I got right back on the working train. This year during Candlelight Christmas up at the park I sang. I sang lots. I was a caroler.

So the Caroling finished on the 23rd. I enjoyed it so much, but I was so glad it was over. I got a cough and sore throat from singing out in the cold so much. I really loved it. though.
Next was the annual trip to the Lights at Temple Square.

We had lots of fun! I love the Salt Lake Temple. It truly is so beautiful.
So it snowed a lot on Christmas day. My car, Betsy, got stuck in the drive way:

The best part of this Christmas was that my baby brother was home!! I loved having him here. I missed him lots. I am so proud of his service in the Air Force. He goes back to Texas in the morning. I will miss him again, but he was the reminder that it's all about family during this crazy, hectic time of year.
And now here we are. The last day of the year. I cannot believe this year. It absolutely blows my mind how fast it went, and all that happened in it. I'm grateful for another year, though. 2009 will be GREAT!!
