Obsessed...maybe?

I don't know if you know this about me, but I have a weakness. I know. You are thinking, "Well, duh, everyone has weaknesses." My weakness is something I have learned to take control over, but lately I've had urges. It has something to do with fall and winter. I always want more during these seasons for some reason.

My weakness is SHOES.

I only wear heals on Sundays, but boy these are such CUTE pumps. I love that the heal isn't going to break my ankle when I'd wear these. (Softspots 'Studio' Pumps)

I especially am digging BOOTS. (Thanks to my fashionable sister-in-law Allison.) These Frye Boots are totally marvelous.

These babies are a major urge right now. Steve Madden "Linderr" Boots. I love that the zippers go both ways. I love the color. I love the height. I love these boots.

Now, some of the shoes I wear most! FLATS! I think these flats are simple, but add just the touch of femininity a pair of shoes needs. (REPORT 'Lena' Flat)Alright, now. I am not fast or can go for long distances by any means, but I enjoy a good jog. I try to be as active as I can when not at school and sitting at an office desk. Here are a couple of running shoes I'm dying to try out:

Vibram Five Fingers. These are ugly shoes, I know, but supposedly they are the best running shoe out there. I just finished reading "Born to Run" by Christopher McDougall. He sets off to find a tribe of the world's greatest distance runners and learn their secrets. One of said secrets is that they run barefoot! I really want to get a pair of these and try them out.
And for those of you who think running barefoot is just crazy, try a great pair of Nike 'Air Pegasus+ 27 LAF' running shoes. I like the yellow color. :)
And so, this is my rant about shoes. I probably own too many for my own good, but then again I keep peeping into my fashionista sister's closet and wish I had more....
