Wow. I cannot believe it is 2008!! It's nuts. My holidays were so perfect this year. I had such a great time with the Smith's. I love each of them with all my heart. I want to thank them for "adopting" me this Christmas. I really really appreciate all they have done and continue to do for me. I had so much fun at both of the family parties! I love their families. I really look up to Misty Marsh. I think she is a wonder woman. I honestly hope that I can be half of the mom she is. She is so good at it!! She'll need to tell me all the motherly secrets when my time comes.
Jessica is coming home in two days! In fact, I'm actually in Arizona right now to help her pack and to drive back with her. I am so excited that I will actually have a friend who isn't on a mission or in a different state! It will be great fun to help her plan her wedding, which is on June 27th.
I want to be a wedding planner, I've decided. I really enjoy my job in special events. I love having to set up for weddings and parties. I never knew I was so good at it, too!
Talking to Jourdan on Christmas was so nice. I was so nervous we'd have awkward silences and not know what to say, but it was completely normal. I am so in love with him, it's ridiculous. I am really looking forward to going back to Utah so I can get a letter. :D
Life is great. This year will be good. I'm so grateful that I am able to live my life according to the will of my Savior. I love Him, and know He lives.
