Noahisms

Here is a collection of random lovelies from the past 6 months. Noah has grown so much!
As per usual, Noah loves dirt and all things construction. He is more excited than anyone I know that the weather has been so great this spring. He would stay outside all day if I let him!

Noah is becoming a bit of an organizing freak, like myself. He loves to line up his toys in some kind of pattern, whether it's size or color. I find it really fascinating that he does this.
He is starting to understand days of the week only because the garbage truck comes on Wednesday. We have to explain which days are before Wednesday when he wants to know when the garbage truck comes. On Wednesday morning, he runs to the front window to wait for the truck to drive by. I hope his enthusiasm for garbage continues so that he will willingly take out the trash.
I'm working at This Is The Place 3x a week this summer, so I've tried to take Noah up a couple times. He loves the trains there.

Noah loves our neighbors! Jeremy is his idol.

Haircuts are extremely traumatic for him. I've been trying to do it myself since this picture was taken because he cries and struggles so hard.

He insists on going to the bike section in the stores. He loves sitting on the bikes pretending to ride them. His short little legs aren't quite long enough to get a bike yet, though.
This is the last picture ever of Noah with a binky. It makes me sort of nostalgic thinking about it. It was the second to last thing that made him still a baby, second only to diapers. Now that both are gone, I just miss the baby part of him. He is all little boy now!
We tied all his binkies to balloons and said goodbye. Every now and again he will say, "Binky in the clouds." I was totally surprised that he let them go so easily when he was completely attached to them.

Noah is a big help in the yard. If you tell him to weed an area, he gets right on it. He loves to help his aunt Katie.
