CHUNGAS

Today was a great Thursday. I woke up bright and early-5:00am-and went to the Salt Lake Temple with some Oakcrest girlies. I love them dearly and seriously cannot wait for OC to start.

Then for lunch, Jessi, Rob, and I went to get heaven on earth-the best tacos ever at a little hole in the wall called Chungas. It's on 108 South and 900 West in Salt Lake. This place is AMAZING. Tacos al Pastor is what I suggest getting if you are ever lucky enough to go.




I love Thursday because it is my day off, and I actually get to reflect on how my life is going. It is the day I go to institute. Can I just say I am SO grateful for this class. Brother Svedin is an incredible example of how to teach with the spirit. I will miss this class LOADS!

I am very much so looking forward to school in the fall. The more I think about it, the more excited and anxious I am getting. I called the Music Department today because I still hadn't heard anything about my scholarship audition, and they told me the awards were sent in the mail today. I will know within just a few short days! I am crossing my fingers even tighter, now.
