Oh my...talk about an upsetting evening. It was like Clay Aiken all over again. David Archuleta lost to David Cook.
Mind you I am glad it was to Cook instead of someone like Jason Castro, but I just loved that cute little smile Archuleta gave each Tuesday and Wednesday night when Simon said that he was amazing. Life will go on, Archuleta will be famous and have an incredible record, but I still have to have a moment of silence for my favorite American Idol.
Oh!! And AI is coming to SLC to do auditions this next season!! Jessica and I are going to try out again. So maybe I could be your next American Idol??? You should vote for me. :D

It is okay though the runner ups sometime seem to be more famous- Clay Aiken, Chris Daughtry...etc

We were sad and a bit shocked at our house as well. We called up until the midnight deadline....oh well. Now what to do on Tuesday and Wednesdays night...
I heard about them coming to SLC!!! I love that your auditioning!! My aunt has been on my case to audition for 5 years now!!! Maybe I'll come with you....
I, too, am sad about Archie. But he will totally pull a Clay Aiken!!
Now we can move on to the better show--So You Think You Can Dance, here I come!! Oh and I think both David's were great.

Holly's right! So You Think You Can Dance is more exciting anyway! But, I do love that little Archuleta. Can't wait for his album.
